This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Below is what that means in full, and what happens if you email us.

Who we are

Clyde Works Limited is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered in Scotland, company number SC897847, with a registered office at 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP, Scotland. You can reach us at hello@clydeworks.co.uk.

This website

These pages are static files. We set no cookies, load no third-party scripts, run no analytics or tracking of any kind, and collect nothing about you as you browse. There are no forms and no accounts. If that ever changes, we will update this page before it does.

Server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes limited technical data — including your IP address, the page requested and your browser user agent — in order to deliver the page and protect the service from abuse. This is a legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure. We do not use this data to identify visitors, and we do not combine it with anything else.

If you email us

When you email us we hold your address and the contents of your message so that we can reply and keep an ordinary business record of the correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has contacted us — or, where the exchange concerns work we may do for you, taking steps to enter into a contract.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, and then delete it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the email provider that carries it for us.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Email us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first, so we have a chance to put it right.
